Mercredi Orange - Cowboys and Aliens

1873. Arizona Territory. A stranger with no memory of his past stumbles into the hard desert town of Absolution.The only hint to his history is a mysterious shackle that encircles one wrist. What he discovers is that the people of Absolution don't welcome strangers, and nobody makes a move on its streets unless ordered to do so by the iron-fisted Colonel Dolarhyde. Ok it's not going to win any Oscars and the aliens looked like puppets with string, but it was good fun. Daniel Craig was excellent kicking ass (you can take the man out of Bond but you can't take Bond out of the man), even thou it looked a bit skinny. Wasn't impressed with Harrison Ford's performance, I felt he was abit wooden. Cowboys and Aliens was over the top, but unique (I have never seen a film with cowboys and aliens in it at the same time). A good Wednesday evening viewing but I hope there isn't a sequel.
